The Four Star Bar and Grill

Food service on Dallas is offered daily in the main mess hall (Deck 4) which serves four meals over nineteen hours on a standard day. The galley is run and maintained by civilian catering staff. In addition to the many diverse and fresh-cooked meals the mess hall offers, there are also standard food replicators available which are able to take care of most other food and beverage needs.

Galley Hours:
    Breakfast (0630-0930)
    Lunch (1330-1630)
    Dinner (1900-2200)
    Beta Break (2330-0100)
