Personal History

In short he spent most of his time learning in Andoria. He learned to love fixing and building things and thinking outside the box. Yet while in the military he had a falling out and left to start a new life in the Federation. He has jumped from one position to another never really looking to settle down. He was last aboard the Albatross he served two years as second in command damage control officer. Before that he had served on a variety of star fleet vessels as an engineer in one capacity or another. Never staying longer than one year. He did not have any conflicts with crews but kept himself at a distance with the crew at all times. When he first joined star fleet he served aboard the destroyer Walker for five years. The Walker was involved in many combat missions and sustained many fatalities over "Chico" time aboard. During what was to become his last mission on the Walker the Captain was killed in action. Chico received several commendations due to his heroic acts during the battle including the purple heart. When the Walker returned Chico requested a transfer immediately. Those that knew him at all said he had never been the same since. Before joining Star Fleet Chico served with the Andorian Military in several "Black Ops" missions. At one point there was a falling out between Chico and the Andorian Government though no one know what or why.
